SHAOLIN KUNG FU is an ancient Chinese school of philosophy and martial arts with a profound history. 87Artzone, together with the Songshan Shaolin Martial Arts Institute in China, are now offering traditional Shaolin martial arts training courses on the Gold Coast. These will be taught by a genuine Kung Fu master from Songshan Shaolin Wushu Vocational Institute and are open to all ages and genders. Group and individual classes will be held in the tranquil grounds of 87Artzone in Upper Coomera.

THE CLASSES will cover Shaolin philosophy including fitness, self-discipline and fighting techniques. Importantly, there will be varied levels of teaching to suit your level of training - from advanced to beginners.

FOR BEGINNERS including children and older-age people, you can learn the slow, gentle exercise movements of Qi Gong and Tai Chi, which are excellent for health and inner-balance.

FOR THE EXPERIENCED in martial arts, you can learn more difficult Shaolin Kung Fu techniques - which will of course depend on your own previous skills and dedication.

LIFE DRAWING CLASSES

For complete beginners to more advanced artists wanting to brush up their skills. This structured (step by step) course will teach you how to draw the figure from life. Lessons covered will help you to understand the basic elements and techniques of drawing, particularly figure drawing. Learn how to understand the nude figure and translate your observations into articulate and complete drawings, using materials that include charoal, pencil, and ink.

Professor Lehman has twenty years pro-fessional experience in Feng Shui interior and landscape design, and has been com- missioned to work on Feng Shui projects in Sydney, Canberra, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur Singapore and Hong Kong.
